Most dictation tools optimize for convenience by sending audio to the cloud. TapTalk takes the opposite path. Transcription runs on your machine by default, with no account required for light use and no audio upload pipeline.
Why now
More work happens in short messages, prompts, tickets, notes, and replies. Typing is still the bottleneck. TapTalk gives Mac users a faster input method without asking them to change where they work.
