Plain terms for using the TapTalk iPhone app and keyboard.
Use of TapTalk iOS
TapTalk for iOS is a productivity keyboard and companion app for dictation, translation, text refinement, reusable keywords, ideas, and writing history. You are responsible for the text you create with TapTalk and for checking it before sending, publishing, or relying on it.
Subscriptions and payments
TapTalk Pro for iOS is sold and managed through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Apple handles purchase, payment processing, invoices, taxes where applicable, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund flows. The final price and subscription terms are shown by the App Store before purchase.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan may include daily usage limits and other stated limits. TapTalk Pro unlocks Pro features while your App Store subscription is active. Feature availability can depend on iOS version, device capabilities, Apple system language models, and downloaded language packages.
Cancellation
You can cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. After cancellation, Pro access remains available until the end of the paid billing period, then the app returns to the Free plan unless Apple or App Store rules state otherwise.
Privacy
Dictation runs locally on your iPhone. TapTalk does not run its own cloud transcription service and does not send your dictations to TapTalk servers for transcription. App Store billing data is handled by Apple. See the iOS Privacy notice for details.
Availability
We work to keep TapTalk reliable, but the app is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the product evolves or as Apple changes iOS, keyboard extension behavior, StoreKit, Translation, Speech, or Apple Intelligence capabilities.
