14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers.
Your statutory right under EU consumer law, plus how cancellations and renewals work.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your TapTalk Pro purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving any reason.
Instant access and refunds
At checkout you can request immediate access to TapTalk Pro. For digital content, that consent may end the statutory withdrawal right early (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive / § 356 Abs. 5 BGB). Independently of that, TapTalk still offers a voluntary 14-day refund policy for first purchases.
How to withdraw
To withdraw, email support@taptlk.com with the email address used at purchase and a short note such as "I withdraw from my TapTalk Pro contract." A short message is enough — no specific form required. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method within 14 days.
Renewals
Recurring subscription renewals are not covered by the initial 14-day withdrawal window. They are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started. We will still review billing errors or technical issues that prevented you from using Pro and refund them on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Defects and warranty
Statutory warranty rights for digital products (§§ 327–327u BGB) remain unaffected by this policy.
